PrimeMAX ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in via Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from those services.
Facial Images (Face Data): When you use our AI Analysis or AI Transform features, we collect the facial photo you provide (either captured via camera or selected from your photo library). This photo contains biometric-related information including facial geometry, proportions, and features.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage data such as feature usage frequency, app interactions, and crash reports to improve app performance and user experience.
Payment Data: Subscription and purchase information is processed through Apple App Store / Google Play Store and RevenueCat. We do not directly collect or store your credit card or payment details.

What face data we collect: We collect the facial photograph you voluntarily provide when using the AI Analysis or AI Transform features. From this photo, our AI service extracts facial feature measurements including jawline structure, cheekbone prominence, facial symmetry, canthal tilt angle, eye shape, nose proportions, maxilla development, and overall facial harmony scores.
How face data is used: Your facial photo is sent to Google Gemini AI (a third-party AI service operated by Google LLC) for processing. The AI analyzes your facial features to generate scores, recommendations, and personalized improvement suggestions. For Transform features, the AI generates modified versions of your photo (e.g., with a beard, different hairstyle, or enhanced features).
Third-party sharing: Your facial photo is shared with Google Gemini AI solely for the purpose of real-time facial analysis and image transformation. Google processes this data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and Gemini API Terms of Service. We do not share your face data with any other third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
Retention & Non-Retention of Face Data:
Specifically: your facial photo is transmitted to Google Gemini AI for real-time processing only. Google does not retain API-submitted photos beyond the immediate request. On PrimeMAX servers, the raw photo is held in memory only during active processing and is discarded immediately after the result is generated. Analysis text scores and recommendations (not the photo itself) are saved to your account history. AI-generated transformed images are not permanently stored on our servers. You may delete your entire history and account at any time from the Profile tab.
User consent: Before any facial photo is sent for AI processing, the app displays a consent dialog that clearly identifies the data being sent (your facial photo), the recipient (Google Gemini AI), and gives you the option to cancel. Your photo is only processed if you explicitly tap "Continue."

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmission between the app and our servers uses HTTPS encryption. Your facial photos are not used to train any AI models.

PrimeMAX is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us to have it removed.
